FindMidlandsHomeCare.com helps match you with home care services provided by Daybreak Adult Care Services. By providing us with your personal information, you consent to us using that information to provide the services outlined in this agreement. 

  1. Agreement to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile number, you agree that Daybreak Adult Care Services may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing important information, updates, deals, and specials. 

  • You will receive up to 4 messages per month. 
  • You may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word “STOP” to (803) 925-8502. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request. 
  • For help, send the word “HELP” to (803) 925-8502. 
  • Message and data rates may apply. 
  • United States Participating Carriers Include AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others. 
  • T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 
  • You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with us to reflect this change. 
  1. Autodialer

You acknowledge that the text messages you receive may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer). These messages are transactional in nature, related to your inquiry for home care services. 

  1. Data Collection

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time, and content of your messages, as well as other information that you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us. 

  1. Message and Data Rates

Though Daybreak Adult Care Services will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan. 

  1. Limitation of Liability

Daybreak Adult Care Services is not responsible for any delays in receiving text messages or for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier. Standard message and data rates may apply. 

  1. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. You may also contact us directly at (803) 828-8170 to opt out. 

  1. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. 

  1. Service Modifications

By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that Daybreak Adult Care Services reserves the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.

FindMidlandsCare.com is operated by Daybreak Adult Care Services. By using this website and submitting your personal information, you acknowledge that your data will be processed and handled by Daybreak Adult Care Services, which will provide the home care services you are matched with.
